    KELDEC were appointed as the painting and decorating contractor for a £1.5m project at our Erskine Care Centre, Rashielee Avenue, Erskine PA4 9PH. The lead consultants were Towler and Hylsop, Quantity Surveyors, Opfer Logan was the Architect and Scott Wilson, the structural engineer. Littleinch Ltd was the main contractor. The project was completed on time and under budget. Keldec proved to be a reliable and trustworthy contractor. The workmanship was to a very high standard and every request was undertaken without issue. It is worthy to note and it is refreshing in their cost cutting frugal times, to find a contractor who takes care and pride in his workmanship. We would happily re-engage Keldec.
